Step 1: Initial Consultation
During Initial Consultation…

  • we learn about you, your symptoms, your struggles, your challenges, and any pre-existing health conditions

  • we talk about what you’d like to achieve - your goals

  • we establish a baseline for your symptoms so we can measure your progress throughout your care

Then, Carol will give you her Best Recommendation for care that includes…

  • The results that she expects for you based on her 11+ years of clinical experience. In our clinic, we have an overall 80% success rate.

  • How often she’ll need to see you to achieve the results that are important to you. Acupuncture is great - but you should know, it’s not instant. It does take time because we’re after results that last, not just temporary relief.

    • total # of sessions (as little as 10, and up to to 50 sessions for complex conditions)

    • how often each week (1x-3x a week depending on the severity)

    • how many weeks or months (1-6 months) you’ll be under care

  • The types of procedures she’ll use (hint - we do more than just acupuncture, and each session will look a little different.)

  • A Good Faith Cost Estimate for the total cost of your Comprehensive Care Plan that includes the pre-paid discount and payment options.

Bottom line - Carol will answer all of your questions and you’ll have the information you need before starting care with us. There will be no surprises.
