Taking care of yourself isn't just about relief - it's about reclaiming the life you've put on hold for too long.

The first step in our clinic is the Initial Consultation and here’s what to expect:


Your Initial Consultation

  • Step 1

    We learn about you, your symptoms, your struggles, your challenges, and what you’d like to achieve.

  • Step 2

    We establish a baseline for your symptoms so we can measure your progress throughout your care

  • Step 3

    We’ll give you our Best Recommendation for care that includes the results that we expect for you based on 12+ years of clinical experience.

  • Step 4

    We’ll let you know which therapies will be best for your condition: Chinese Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture, and/or Frequency Specific Microcurrent

  • Step 5

    We’ll let you know how often we need to see you to achieve the results that are important to you. Plan on 2 to 3 times a week at the beginning.

  • Step 6

    We’ll let you know the total number of sessions you’ll need. (As little as 10 for simple conditions, and up to 50 for chronic, complex conditions).

  • Step 7

    We’ll let you know our Good Faith Estimate of your total program and payment options.

  • Step 8

    There will be no surprises when you start care with us!

How many sessions will I need?

Your program will be specific to you and depends on a few crucial factors: 1) how long you’ve had the condition, 2) the severity and 3) any underlying conditions.

Procedures are repeated 2 to 3 times a week until you reach your maximum improvement. Then we reduce frequency to lock in lasting results.

Does it hurt?

No. Most people find it very comfortable and actually fall asleep during treatments. They leave our office feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Does insurance cover it?

Insurance only likes to cover treatments that mask the problem, not fix it. That’s why we’re out-of-network for all insurance companies. The good news is that in our clinic, you are in charge of your treatment - not the insurance company. And acupuncture treatment is very affordable.
